Supervisory Board

Stefan Müller has been a member of the Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO SE and flatexDEGIRO Bank SE, or the predecessor companies of these companies, since 2017. Since then, he has served as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and led the board on an interim basis in 2025 and has also been Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 10 September 2026. He was last elected in 2025 for a term of four years.

Stefan Müller currently serves as chief representative of Börsenmedien AG and as Chief Representative or Managing Director of various affiliated companies. Prior to this, he worked for many years for predecessor companies of flatexDEGIRO SE, most recently as a member of the Management Board.

Sarna Röser has been a member of the Supervisory Boards of flatexDEGIRO SE and its banking subsidiary flatexDEGIRO Bank SE since June 2025. She has been Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board since 10 September 2026. She was elected for a term of three years.

Sarna Röser also serves on the Supervisory Board of Fielmann Group AG and on the Advisory Board of Deutsche Bank AG. In addition, she holds various management positions in Röser Group and in companies belonging to this family group, of which she represents the fourth generation. As such, she is the designated successor to Zementrohr- und Betonwerke Karl Röser & Sohn GmbH and a shareholder and member of the Management Board of the investment company Fair VC.

Bernd Förtsch founded the predecessor company of today's flatexDEGIRO SE in 1999. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO SE and its predecessor companies with interruptions since 2011, during which time he also served as Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Board. The 2025 Annual General Meeting re-elected him for a four-year term until 2029. Bernd Förtsch founded Börsenbuchverlag in 1989, which became Börsenmedien AG in 1998, which he developed into one of the leading business publishers in Germany. With four stock market magazines, over a dozen stock market newsletters, special reports, and specialist and non-fiction books, it offers the most comprehensive range of publications for private investors in the German-speaking world. Bernd Förtsch also holds various investments, including a majority stake in the listed company Heliad AG, one of Germany's leading venture capitalists.

Martina Pfeifer has been a member of the Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO SE since June 2025 and was a member of the Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO Bank SE until 10 September 2026.

Martina Pfeifer is a member of several Advisory and Supervisory Boards of German and international companies. She is also the founder and partner of the investment company Whistler, which invests in growth companies and start-ups. Previously, she worked as a consultant for Advent International and Goldman Sachs, focusing on financial services companies.
